Maybe, TyTN2 cheapest I saw new is 1.8k. How about an Asus P750? Around 1.5k new

I want a second hand pda that can do mapping.I have the software(It is esri arcpad 7.1.1) to install in it and it require gps(the windows mobile is 6.0)... and i want to ask because i'm new with pda

if anybody buzz in ym on the pad will the pda vibrate

Huh? Below 600 and u want GPS +HSDPA? The cheapest would be the Dopod D810/HTC 3600/i, but they`re at least RM750 and above.

I doubt that there are any WM devices at that price range, so, I suggest u to take a look at the Nokia 6110 Navigator

I'd strongly recommend HTC Touch Diamond. has all your specs EXCEPT qwerty, plus good warranty service as well by SIS. go for it i say

if u still want qwerty tho, consider the HTC Tytn 2
