ah wat special cars?? u mean how find this cars??well..i heard it depending on cars colours...to get those cars...well it basically the same cars...

Subaru:

Impreza WRX STi Spec C (GDB-C)- choose white or red
Impreza WRX STi Type RA (GC8)- choose yellow

Mitsu:
Evo III RS
Evo V RS
Evo VI RS

all choose white

And before anyone started giving wrong info, I want to clarify that the special variant and normal variant performs the same.

Because I have 2 R34 V-Spec Nur and 2 R34 V-Spec II. 

they have different heights therefore different handlings.

The different is too little to notice lah. 
Therefore handling is quite the same.
If you pro. then you can feel the different.

yes, he's half correct. Apparently special variant cars are lower than the equivalent, eg

V-Spec NuR is 5cm lower than V-Spec II in the game after FT.





but the handling is still the same. I'm getting faster timing with the V-Spec II than the V-Spec NuR on Osaka.
