You create all this only using Photoshop?

Actually no, I didn't use photoshop for it.
I'm using a program called Adobe Fireworks instead which used to be Macromedia's. ^^"

To be honest, I'm not really good in Photoshop and Illustrator. Although, I did try to use them but end up using Fireworks in the end as I had already familiar with all the shortcuts.
