now 1st thing for you to fix.........HEADER IMAGE! damn big la wei, nearly 400k just for the header image, not counting the # of images to load from your posts.

ouh another thing - i just found out your header is PNG, and you using transparent BG.

it won't look good on you if your user is on IE6 or whichever that don't support transparent PNG.

my suggestion : use GIF or JPG, whichever is smaller and with the background already as part of it. (no transparency).
