U mean they haven't ship out or they already ship out but u havent receive ? If they already ship out (with free shipping), then u only start to worry after 4 weeks, thanks to POS Malaysia.

If they haven't shipped it yet, check the status of your order from My Account->My Orders->Your order number. Also check the status of the item itself (whether it's "Ship within 24 hours", "Ship within 5-15 days" etc).

I've had an order placed in July with item status "Ship within 5-15 days", but until now they haven't shipped it yet. The reason they gave was that they're waiting for the stock from their supplier and they don't have any definite dates on it yet.

I agree. They should put it up as "Sold" instead of "Ship within 5-15 days" until the item becomes available again.

i checked the status. they said 'order shipped' and it's ship within 24 hours.

so what can i do now?

Meaning the order has been shipped and you just have to wait for the game to arrive now or in 6 weeks time contact them and tell then you haven't received the parcel.
