actually..hw to download a movie from tom365.com with qvod? i select the movie from the website..and then? there's no link for me to click to watch or download it..>.<

After u click on the movie,another page will come out. Then at the middle part you might see alot

click on it then will pop out another page and in the same time auto run your qvod.
You may watch in the pop out window or u may dl it with qvod player which you may see it in your list and watch it later.
(u may close the pop out window after you saw the movie in your qvod list.)

how can i download it with qvod player? or cant i download it? but only can save it into qvod player list?

or you guys can try change the regional settings under advanced tab the English US to Chinese(PRC) for unicode website. This fix apply to 5ictv.com where the popup player couldn't let you change the unicode to Western (European)

you copy the movie url then go open qvod-files-open micro video then paste your url click get then will pop out a page then click get agian wait for buffing after that can download and watch d...

it has the same encoding problem...so just follow previous post's to change the encoding to western, then it will work.

hi reeyon for me the dll speed is ok. just some website failed download movies.

I tried using QVOD since a few days ago. Its very weird that I can watch TVB series on my laptop but I cant open on my desktop computer... I tried changing the region settings in control panel. It dont seem to do anything. I am amazed to find that it is actually set to US for my laptop.. Does anyone know what else to try or to look for? Since I got one computer that work and one that dont. If I know where to look, maybe I can find out easily for everyone.

I finally noticed why sometimes we cant download from certain websites, here is wht u hv to do:

1st step:
Go to > control panel > regional and language options > languages - check the INSTALL FILES FOR EAST ASIAN LANGUAGES (REQUIRE WINXP CD) > restart pc.

2nd step:
Go to > control panel > regional and language options > advanced > sellect CHINESE (PRC) in Language for non-unicode programs. (dont worry, it wont change your whole system into chinese, it just let u read chinese whenever u use a chinese base program or surf any chinese websites.)

Reasons why we hv to set it to chinese(prc) its becuz Qvod player and their website was develope in chinese format,
if your system is english, it wont read the download links properly, i can download from any qvod website and the speed is AMAZING!!! since the tmnuts had blocked all bit-torrent port, so far ths is my best movies-downloader.
