was in agreement with you on the chin up. due to frequent chin up / wide grip chin up, i am having those 3 lines and sorta' wide back as well even though i am damn skin sweat.gif
might pay a visit to that gym anytime to ask for a few tips from ya. thanks a lot.

i am planning to completely shut down on cardio in order to gain more weight... sweat.gif
