Been seriously doing pull ups for the crossfit.

Will concentrate on Wide Grip Pull Ups.
For the chest, have to put in effort leh, hehehe.
Been having flat chest and flabby chest for more than 25 years after all the trials and errors.

LOL, thanks to my gene too for the back hair.
Lots of trimming to do.

WoW, ur bodyfat seems to drop quite significantly compare to the picture u posted months ago.
