This is my most recent view, the abs have hardened as a result from frequent sit up crunch, but the fat still covering it. Does my chest look ok? how to improve it further?

Right now I am pondering on whether to cut or bulk, am I big enough for an ecto? If big enough, then I should focus on cutting, but if on a cutting routine, I scare I will lose the muscle. icon_question.gif

ps. very hate the muffin top or pear shape waist, whatever name it is

I am not big but considered bigger than most of my ecto friends and uni dudes sweat.gif

my goal is not getting in too big, I just hope to become lean and fit @ low bodyfat, right now is a little over 20%
my target body is similar to this forummer

is it bulking = more protein, less in carbo and fat??
I take 1 scoop of whey mixed with 200ml of HLmilk as the post-workout meal, occasionally eating 1 to 2 half boiled egg as supper or post-workout, would that be enough?

pretty basic split body workout over 4/5 days
last week:
mon for chest
wed for shoulder
thu for arm
fri for back

8-10 mins cardio as warm up before working out, 30-45 mins of cardio after the workout, this is what my trainer told me

so far the chest, abs and arm muscles are getting stronger, I can feel they are harder compare to several months ago.

ppl says ecto are hard to gain fat, but I am one exception doh.gif I got more than 20% When I was young I was damn thin, not until recent years.

long time didn't do that part, coz normally I am on 4 day per week basis, so have to leave out the leg, moreover cardio also exercising the legs one sweat.gif
