yo yo guys... i wanna ask a very classic question.. i am not a member of any gym alreayd... my uni's gym also closed...
i am moving 2 a foreign country soon... dont think i can afford a gym there...
is it posible i build my whole body with just body weight?
so far i managed my upper part of my body with push ups and chin ups... ermm... i know middle section can do situps/'leg up" but havent try... btm legs calf and d rest can just sprint?
Forget situps, they are a waste of time and energy.i am moving 2 a foreign country soon... dont think i can afford a gym there...

Get the e-book by Pavel tatsouline called the Naked Warrior
if you do these exercises you can build a fairly satisfactory body and be very strong to boot.
The one legged squat alone will build your abs and legs
my 10 yr old son is up to three reps on the one legged squat, which is pretty damn good to say the least. He does 3-4 sets everyday with five pushups, getting along very well.
read the instructions very carefully the tension he talks about during each set is fantastic for increasing strength.
