hihi, some little update of my slow progress.

pic 1 = 28.12.2007 ~ before start
pic 2 = april 2008 ~ after few months of cutting
pic 3 & 4 = july 2008 ~ 2nd week of bulking

bigger n clearer 1 at my bodyspace @.@ dont really know how to upload pic properly.

hihi. jogging, whole body workout, diet when cutting. nothing special.

now im bulking, currently 81kg 175cm, 6 weeks back was 77kg. hoping to get 16' arms by the end of this year.

oh. i do not know that, i only know how to upload pic to bodyspace coz its simple (browse from my computer).

yeah still eat nasi n fast food. nasi once or twice per week. fast food < during exam period i eat a lot, especially big breakfast + 2x mc sausage with eggs

i think so. the stomach fat has been following me for years, due to my eating habit. the killer days are friday and saturday, when i hang out with friends brows.gif no alchohol, but lots of fatty things.

1 pic taken in my room. 2nd pic suppose to take in my room also but light spoiled, so i took the 2nd pic in toilet. toilet light bulb is orange colour, thats y 2nd pic skin color look different laugh.gif

i agree with noel. try bcaa or some amino acids products. a protein supplement with an amino acid supplement, very much different how they are absorbed in your body. protein need enzyme to be broken down into amino acids, while amino, say BCAA, its oredi there for u to absorb.
