Not real training,just went for some jogging and some sprinting to keep the HR high.

I dunno how you guys can see much difference,looks almost the same to me,i must be expecting too much.

How small is your wrists and forearms?

Mine are:
Wrist-7.2In
Forearm-12In

Forearms need a lot more work.
