Well, I live near by and I have visit the house before i decided to buy it. It's well maintain house, no crack what so ever. The only thing is the water tank previously got leak, and the ceiling got some staint on it. I already negotiate with the seller to fix the ceiling and change the water tank. Others, there is none that I can see. Oh, and I didnt actually talked to the seller, instead i talked to the tennent. |
