just wanna ask for opinion..
i just view a double storey terrace house at sect 4, bangi
these are the details:
- asking price : RM 170,000 (it was mentioned by the agent that the market value of the house id RM 220,000)
- 22x75 sq ft
- leasehold
- built on 1998
- 4 rooms + 3 bathrooms
- intermediate unit
note : i wanna stay at this house NOT for invesment
1. so, may i get your comments before i seriously thinking and decide wether on buying or not...
2. is it true that market value for that area (sect 4, bangi) is RM 220,000
3. i thinking of hire a valuer to value the house.. what is your opinion? and can u suggest me valuer..
