a stamped tenancy agreement entitled you to bring the case to court, which i guess it is not worth to do it. without stamped, you are not allowed to bring it to court.
so, simplicity, forst of all, submit a letter to the tenant with stated raised issue. make sure the letter is delivered via registered post or courier service as it need to be certain that the letter is received. for 2 months without payment, i guess in the agreement, you are legally to take back the premise without obligation. |
