efxtive, i think ur calculation is wrong.. if is 8.1%, rm25k, 5 yrs.. monthly repayment should b rm585.42
if is rm770 per moth, then should b paying it less than 4 yrs.. or else the interest rate should b 17%...
rhb bank has change their rate to 6%-13%.. depends on ur loan amount.. it's not the lowest any more... i kena d..
still thinking wana accept their loan o not...
by the way.. did any1 know which bank is the lowest?? im still looking the lowest rate..
it's vy funny thing from al rahji bank.. i told them i got borang B.. then that stupid stil need a payslip...
then 4 wat i declare my tax???? do they know wat's borang B??? damn stupid...
recently i keep on receiving a sms from duno who... regarding the credit card refinancing...
may i know how's it work?? coz they say 6%pa. no hassle, 100% approve n rm10 for processing oni...

i think even if you show your EPF statement, it should be enough. if your payslip, you can kaw tim with the boss (if small company) but income tax/epf, how to kow tim?

Do you know that you can put in the amount that you like in EPF, or declare any amount you like in your form BE, or declare any amount you like on EA form (work behind with your company).

In this case, it is high risk for the bank jus only take your EPF or form BE.
