my sister had a maxis broadband package power up to 3.6Mb on XP SP2 and using ZTE MF600.her download speed was 5kb max.is that normal?

That is not normal..me had problem too...subscribe for Advance package (640Kb) ..but only get this:

Try to bring the modem to other place..preferably the place with full UMTS coverage..you can check from the Maxis website. if u still got 5kb, then maybe something wrong with your modem.Bring it to Maxis service center.
Else if you got better coverage anywhere out from your house, then it shows the coverage for your house is damn limited. Maybe GPRS. It is better for you to downgrade the package that you subscribe or choose for other provider. Thanks. |
