just upgraded to 160g (from 40g). Seagate, 5400rpm. everything is fine so far. backed up everything into my ipod  tongue.gif  the files saved, themes, wallpapers, pics, mp3s, demos, videos, saved game datas, PSN ID infos. it's so easy but time consuming.

offtopic - i'm having problem detecting my 40g ps3 hdd after fitting into a casing. is there anything i must do before it is shown as a usable hdd in windows?  icon_question.gif

Think I may need to upgrade my HDD laa lepas raya...

With several PSN games pasing the 1 GB mark and Burnout 3.5 GB plus several games got installation and add-on...I'm now left with 4-5 GB....

And this doesn't include any the videos as I usually don't save any videos...and only several MP3 albuls to play with Wipeout....

Yup you can actually...if you use the back up utility...It backs up all of the items in your HDD...even the copy protected save file...

p/s: Just upgraded mine last two weeks (320 GB only)...all is fine except for one day after upgrading when it gave me a msg saying that my hdd data is corrupted and asked me to restart. After restarting, it ran a check..and after that it's all okay...and no more problem.
