Everytime I load windows, kaspersky IS 2009 asks me if I want to allow microsoft register server to do some stuff.

Problem is, there's no option to 'always allow' so I have to deal with these 4 windows every time I enter windows. pretty annoying. any way to deal with this?

But if using this version if there is no internet it is hard to get update right???

It would be impossible to get update without internet. Not only this, but every other software.

On the other hand, your computer is also less at risk without internet.

not really. If you have friend that use Kaspersky too (same version), you can ask them to set an update distribution folder so you can do manual update... it's hard, but possible...

KIS 9 has its own skin right?

luckily i only use trial version first last time...i almost wanted 2 buy legit software but changed my mind after discovering race driver grid suddenly cannot start...after uninstalling KIS only can run the game WTF a shame really that i can't just this potential cun software just because of that high security glitch

everytime i run fullscan on kav 2009 i clicked on the detected an found 2 or 3 detection..

how to kill this thing????

There was an option to choose when you first installed kaspersky, automatic mode or interactive mode (advanced)

I presume you chose automatic mode?

i bought the 3user kis..i just restore my pc to the date before i install karpesky..now when i try to install back karpesky..it seems the key can't be use anymore..any help??

if you are a registered user, u can easily obtain the key back from the website.
i reformat my laptop twice and im using the same key,
the gud news is, everytime i insert the key, the license becomes 365 days back!

can teach me how to..seem that i cant update the database..i think i make a mistake..i just register the product today..but already install it 2-3 weeks ago..seems my validity date is not same like the register date..

i have tried norton NIS 2009 trial, still feel KIS 2009 is the best, but pricey
