To all who came to Sunway this morning, THANKS!! It was great meeting up with you guys, and honestly, I'm kinda glad I came to KL, even though it's been Sunway Sunway Sunway since yesterday.

HOWEVER!

It was fun (even though I was being a wet blanket at the ice rink. Wet blanket, harhar), and Narnia was a hoot (even though I'm sure some of you don't understand why I laughed... Let's just say it's because I'm a woman. )

Anyway, I have *some* pictures...

Honestly speaking, I'm not too happy about the champion of the losers vs the champion of the winners, because we can definitely see who will come out on top. It's not exactly a fair way of judging. Anyway, I'll be uploading my share of the pictures soon, so stay tuned.

Maybe in the next post, I'll sneak some in while you're having training. I only just got back to Sunway about half an hour ago, Lexi was kind enough to give me a lift back to Sunway (THANK YOU LEXI! Tomorrow after tourney I treat you kopi :3)

And yeah, it was great to meet all of you! Finally get to meet the faces I've been playing with the past few months You guys are great.

I *have* been in tourneys before lah, but that was 10yrs ago and they weren't using a standard scoring/bracket system yet so can you blame me for thinking the way I did?

Also, Auricom. We appreciate your comments, but I don't think your condescending attitude is really necessary.

But that's just me.

I'm soooo proud of you guys! I guess if I *had* joined you guys I would have probably pulled you down, you did so well! Team A and B both did well, in my opinion though there is much left to be desired. Either way, excellent job, and I'm glad I was (part of) your la la dui.

pT* and kHz are awesome players, so kudos to them Apparently GAV decided to pull out because some of their players had to return to Singapore early. Maybe they were up here just for the weekend and have work commitments, but either way they were decent players and I wished they had stayed on for the second leg of the tournament.

Anyway, I have *some* pictures before my camera died; the rest are on Kennyville's camera. Hopefully he will upload them as well. I'm trying to upload them onto Photobucket, but Starbucks Internet is not being friendly right now, so be patient. I *will* have them up.

Actually, I thought it was bloody funny.


And to whoever that was "expressing their differences" in regards to our previous "complaints", I admit and apologize that I was one of them. Mostly because I had practically no idea of the double elimination system, and NOW that I understand better how this system works, I retract whatever I had said before and apologize. However, due to the fact that I have NO INTERNET here while I'm visiting from Singapore, I cannot possibly post out my views immediately after having thought about it that night.

Either way, CHILL.

The competition is over, kHz emerged champions (and they deserve it, they played well) and we all went home happy and exhausted. I'm sure the participants had fun, as we had fun watching them play. It was truly an intense competition, especially for our dear newcomers to the tournament scene. Besides, every tournament is good experience, right? I'm sure the guys learned something out of it.

ps: Tomato, Noodles actually came down TWO DAYS IN A ROW to support your boys leh. He didn't leave until he really had to. Has to account for something, right?

Hehehe, yeah I heard about that one.

It's just so funny to watch lah.. Even during the trial runs where everyone was everywhere... EVERYONE was shouting "MEDIC DOWN MEDIC DOWN GO GO GO!!!!" at the top of their voices. Funny stuff.

But like I mentioned to Kennyville I think the shops around the event arena must've suffered a bit of bad business while we were there.

I should've stayed in Sunway Starbucks for a while. At least I can log into Steam there. And here, we have crappy internet and crappy passengers to boot... some b**** just unplugged my computer to take a baby chair without even asking me if she could unplug it, then went on and gave me a half-hearted apology, to which I just brushed off and packed up my stuff to go have lunch, when I heard her husband say, "Forget it lah, no need to apologize if she doesn't want to accept it.", to which she replied, "I don't NEED her to accept my apology."

I went ballistic and told them not to talk as though I couldn't bloody hear what they were bloody saying. So now I've relocated to McDonald's after lunch after finding out that all the points have been captured in Coffee Bean where I was happily having my drink and surfing earlier.

... come to think of it, I forgot my drink, ARGH!!
