Restore firmware 1.1.4 step by step guide using Ziphone.

1. Download Ziphone3.0 here (windows) and iphone 1.1.4 restore firmware here..

2. Connect your iphone and Shift + Click on restore in iTunes. Direct it to the Firmware downloded earlier and the restoration will start.

3. After the Restoration finished, your phone should start normally. Run Ziphone3.0 and click Do It All (make sure iTunes is running and detect your iphone). It will perform jailbreak, unclock and activate normally under 5 minute (Ziphone3.0 included the latest installer, BSD system and SSH as well. no worry).

hope this step help you Tan2222959. do not worry about the risk cause it safe. me myself and the other have done this restoration mathod.
if u have other alternative, iliberty+ would be the best software to u/j/a as the sifu2s said in this forum.

cheers and good luck thumbup.gif

yeah! potion is correct, i've restore many times on my iphone and that's the only thing I always do...

but i have additional plugins to put inside ziphone folder before i press do it all...

a plugin, includes a bunch of applications and additional source added already on your installer...

that's remain secret...
you wanna know, check my screenshot and you get the answer...

Hello Sifu-Sifu,

Good day. I need help here. Im using 1st Gen iPhone, and the details are:

1) firmware = 1.1.4
2) J/b by : ziphone 3.0
3) Capacity : 16gb

Couple days ago I noticed that my incoming sms no longer has any alert but the rest worked fine. So I decided to j/b it again. I clicked on the "do it all" button and there it was running all stuffs until it got stucked where it says "installing base apps" where you see the picture of Zoro.

I reset iPhone by Holding the power button + home button, then I powered it on again. My iPhone will continue from where it stopped and then hang at the same place again.

Itune & ziphone can no longer detect it no matter what I try..help help help..... blink.gif

have u tried set ur phone to DFU mode?
after u manage to make it in DFU mode then u need to restore the firmware 1.1.4 back since your installation isn't finished yet.
