Well, if you feel insecure, there can only be 2 factors.

The first one is what you've mentioned, she's changing. Her heart is in doubt, feeling fades, appearance of third party (spannar), etc.

The second one is what we called insecurity-creates-wussiness. Yes, in LDR, we tend to feel that this doesn't feel right and that doesn't feel right but that are all our assumptions. But do you ever tried to calm down and think about the incident again? Maybe she's just tired after the outing? Or maybe she has some other problems that she doesn't like to share with the others? Well, talk to her nicely about it. Ask her with the attitude of concerning and not doubting her.

Again, trust and insecurity is the same thing to me. If you do no have enough trust, you feel insecure. If you have sufficient trust, there is no insecurity. I do not know much about your case and these are my assumptions and purely my own opinion. It's time to talk to her, mate.

Hope everything's alright. There's nothing much we can do for you but well, we're here all of the time. Some moral support is what we can offer the most.
