3rd...coz u r buying ap phone, so there will be no sony ericsson warranty card...se warranty card only for authorized phone...ap phone will get the ap company warranty card only....n if u buying phone from big ap company (eg: csl/comsat n etc), send back the warranty card, but if small2 ap company, the shop where u bought it will give the warranty for the phone....

sometimes ap set also can hv same imei number....but rarely la...so if u do get one...u can be consider lucky la
