Your Graphic card is the main problem. If u dont change, not much improvement can get even OC your proc.

ur mobo still good to oc. maybe by ocing ur proc, u can increase ur FPS by few framerates. not much but still noticeable...
however, ur gc really need to be upgrade, else COD4 wont be so smooth..  ocing is till same like other rig. increase ur FSB, Vcore, Vdimm. make sure ur rig stable etc2... |

at least change to nvidia 7seris or Ati X1xxx series . it could help alot during gaming ..
