i think it's important to include EXIF image data in all picture to remain the originality of the image like this:

so that we can know whether the photo is edited before or not, normally if you just did some minor resize, it wont alter your EXIF Metadata of your photo. Too many photo were taken with DSLR and told they were taken by HP

Those photo after u download it doesnt contain any EXIF Metadata information, is either been major edited or it is purposely removed, to trust it or not it's up to your own risk. most of the photo viewer will allow you to see the EXIF Metadata.

DO NOT TRUST PHOTO WITH NO EXIF METADATA
