Location's quite 'central' but I find it a little too close to the high way - I don't like it and didn't recommend a friend who was looking at it to make the purchase. Unless it's going for RM200k I wouldn't consider it  |

If U haf the $ and if U like it then purchase it lah but at RM400k+ I don't see any rush in it - there are afterall a lot of other choices at that kinda budget. |
