I've been there numbers of time and the environment is quite nice. Location quite strategic too and got potential ...

Anyone heard of it ?

been to show house too last year, but its right next to the NKVE highway, quite noisy.

and if i'm not wrong, you need to pass by palm spring to reach it. considering the many cars parked outside palm spring, sure need "a bit of time" to negotiate thru it, and future visitors of Opal will need to compete with them for the roadside parking as well.

Location's quite 'central' but I find it a little too close to the high way - I don't like it and didn't recommend a friend who was looking at it to make the purchase. Unless it's going for RM200k I wouldn't consider it

Yea, its just located next to NKVE .... quite noisy but the environment there is very nice !

Very near to Palm Spring, just opposite of the main road from Curve ....

hhohoho, very nice condo, but 400K+ for a 1460sf, i will think twice x 3.

If U haf the $ and if U like it then purchase it lah but at RM400k+ I don't see any rush in it - there are afterall a lot of other choices at that kinda budget.
