i think they wan to verify the website after makin sure the online payment is workin fine...but they didn't noe tat v can't do tat in fact..

y dun u seperate the module into 2 part..let them to verify the website 1st...
then u'll proceed to the online payment testing..and let them to verify the online payment integration after tat..

Imagine la, you go to amazon, you choose your products liao. You checkout... and then it says "Sorry, payment gateway not ready yet", that means you cannot make your payment for the products you want to buy. Bodoh or not?

easy, juz go complain at their customer service and never purchase anything from them again

Explain liao, they've allowed me to access the payment gateway for 24 hours to do testing. After that they will close it back, which is stupid because if I want to launch the site, I need the payment gateway to be working, I can't launch without it working!


They just want to make sure the site isn't some fraud website or something. In terms of integration, its my responsibility, not theirs.


Actually I set up the site for them already, public cannot access yet but they can access. The site is fully functional, except for the payment gateway part which I had to disable because it wasn't working yet. They still insist that the site has to go live before they can verify
