So what's the actual story atm? Did his partner in the states screw him over? Was the goods actually shipped?

And, how exactly did you get in touch with him? It'll help the whole process move along if we actually knew for sure.

I just managed to get on the phone with bombman.

From what I gathered, he's in Langkawi on holiday at the moment.

As for what happened with the bulk, he said his 'partner' in the states claimed to have shipped the goods to Malaysia however the shipping company does not have any record of the shipment. I'm not exactly sure what to make of this.

So basically, it's back to square one. I've requested that he rejoins the forum and post something here soon and I hope there'll be some progress from there forth. I'll continue calling him regularly to gently nudge things along. Hope this helps somewhat.

I've no idea. Wish I knew. I'm not trying to jump forward and defend him or anything, I just want to put this matter to rest as soon as possible and I'm sure everyone here shares that same sentiment.

By phone. His number is in his signature. As for how long he was or will be in Langkawi for, I don't know.
Anyway, I'll be calling him on Monday so let's keep our fingers crossed yeah?

If the deadline set by llllll passes without any progress on bombman's part, I would like to add my statement against 'Mohamed Taufik Bin M' in a police report against him regarding this matter.

I would also like to request that llllll to send bombman a SMS regarding our intentions stating the deadline very clearly and the outcome should he choose to further ignore this matter.

We have given him more than ample amount of time and I regret this is going to turn sour.

I think we'd probably have to go forward with a police report.
He's definitely ignoring the countless phone calls and messages everyone is sending him.
The last time we got a quick reply was when llllll sent him a SMS detailing the deadline and our intentions to lodge a case against him.

I think everyone here will have to make time to meet up, draft and submit such a report together.
Honestly, I have serious doubts we'll be seeing our money again.
