Grand Total = RM 34.93 + RM 110.18 = RM 145.11 (Paid RM 145)

Well... either way. What ever is going on... if he is on holiday. Hopefully once he gets back (which i hope is soon ) that this problem will be settled swiftly. I need to get my refund back to make other orders. Jus hope for the best for now..

Omg... serious? You guys are going to lodge a report against him? Common guys. We just need to confirm everything with him. Look, we just need someone to go round his house to check on him. Does anyone live in Penang? Please everyone, help on this matter to resolve it ASAP. Just group people from Penang to go together to his house and just settle this with him. Just to make sure that he's on Holiday or not. Once we find out that he's actually not at home and not bothered to settle these problems.. only then we should lodge a report to the police station. Oh okays. That is really good news. Can you ask him if he could provide the names of people he refunded already. That way we can remove those names from the list. If you can reach him... please inform him about the others that he hasn't refunded... and get in contact with the people to inform them.

well... if the money has gone somewhere else, he should of atleast have the courtesy to tell his customers what is going on. I can't remember on what page he stated a while back but he said that most ppl didn't ask him about any refund of such. The funny thing is i'm sure ppl have messaged him countless times about their payment. He messaged me a long time ago asking for my bank account and so on... i replied his sms message but from then until now. No news on the bank transfer. I don't understand why he wouldn't answer anyone's messages. I think i've been so patient with him for such a long time... i've never lost my patience before since i've been dealing with him for a while now. All of a sudden, jus for him to dissapear and now answer ppl's messages is just something really odd. Is he in some sort of trouble? All i want is my money back... it may not be alot but atleast it'll help me upgrade some parts of my PC. No matter what, money is money. Has anyone been able to contact him?

I'm going to need your help mates. I'm going through exams right now, so once i'm done with my semester exams. I'm heading down to Penang straight to meet some of my friends. I'm going to need his house address and his shop address... I'm coming straight to his place with the cops and lodging a report on the spot. "Elo~...i'd already asked tiger_htl dat i'll refund according 2 turns. didn't he post anythin' in forum? I cant refund all 1-go"

I haven't replied yet... cuz i'm thinking right now, what really happened the the money? most likely it's like what llllll said, he probably used everyones money to settle an issue. Most likely it's his shop and his debts to suppliers and what not. I will only reply once i get feedback from everyone on what's the best solution to go from here on out.

He is clearly avoiding the matter, ignoring my question and not even asnwering it. But i asked him again...

My sms message to bombman:
"Dude, i'll post for you. but be honest and frank... what happened to all the money? Can you give some proof that you transfer the money to your friend? Did youtransfer to him?"

Bombmans reply:
"Yeah...I paid him but looks he's comin' w/ lotsa xcuses. Last month PerlBoy wanted to help but his fren in US came bacl earlier w/o telling. So jst chat w/gtoforce. Cancel da whole bulk & refund every1"

My sms to bombman:
"Dude. You made the transfer through where? What bank? Can i have you're friends name and his account number. I'm going to write it down for referance and i'll check with the bank to see if the information you are giving me is legit. I have to do this because alot me people are upset. Please understand that."

Bombmans reply:
"Np i'll furnish details whn i come online. In meantime jst post the bulk is off & i'll proceed w/ refund as promised. My utmostthx in advance ye"

Now i will wait for everyone feedback before proceeding... so what does everyone think now? what do you guys want to do?

Oh well... i tried to keep myself occupied by keeping myself busy with Uni. Apparently no matter what i do. I still end up coming to this thread and wondering what's going to happen. I manage to contact him over and over again regarding the refund... he just keeps saying that he'll bank in but nothing ever happens. He told me something about banking in money to motaro. Well, if there is a forumer by that name... please confirm that he banked in money to you mates. I need to know if he is telling the truth. Can anyone from penang pay a visit to his shop... jus to see what is going on. I really want to know if it is true that he is handling some new business apart from his current one. Just wanna get the facts straight....

I jus got my refund last night. Clear my name off the list... good luck to the rest.
