Indeed. The Dreamcast had quite a few spectacular games, Shenmue, Soul Calibur and RE: Code Veronica was awesome on it. Truely next-gen when compared to the PS1.
Of course, too bad at that time the PS1 was way too strong and FFIX came near the end of the PS1's life-cycle. Further drowning the Dreamcast. Before Sega could do anything.... there comes the PS2.
