潘振祥：若达协议2 周内公布 没有15亿不卖P1

（吉隆坡27日讯）绿驰通讯（GPACKET，0082，主板科技股）董事经理兼总执行长潘振祥表示，只有在售价高过4.5亿美元（近15亿令吉）才会考虑脱售子公司———Packet One Networks（P1）。

他在接受《南洋商报》电访时表示，若有与任何一方达至股权脱售协议，会在2周内公布。

有消息指，绿驰通讯即将与买家达成脱售P1的协议，而买家会是数码网络（DIGI，6947，主板基建股），并预计脱售价不会低过10亿令吉，这大幅高于市场传出的7亿令吉。

自早前媒体报道数家电讯公司有意收购绿驰通讯的核心资产，而数码网络将会是买家。
