Now SG selling SGD270(~RM621) for basic package, how about msia's price?

choosing between PSP and NDS is almost like choosing PS3 or wii.
Choosing which handheld to buy is all about the games. PSP have a few good rpgs and alot of good SRPGs. Like FF7 crisis core, Jeane d arc, Brave story, FF tactics, etc.

NDS has many unique games such as Ninja gaiden, Zelda Phantom glass which is good.

nds is more to innovative and fun game, like brain age, ace wright(i dunno, the detective thingy), cute ff game, contra 4 and such. but don't expect full blown graphic like psp.

for psp, graphic is its strength, bigger screen and some great games like patapon, crisis core and GOW.

i've been playing nds for a year. i like the innovative touch screen input, the dual screen, much longer battery life and its collection of fun games. i'm quite bored of it now and i passed it to my little sister.

as for my psp experience, i bought a slim version last month for my brother. but i can't get it off my hand. I've been playing patapon, crisis core and gow. great games.

I prefer NDS more than PSP, i have both of them.

PSP the game is quite limited, though some of them are quite fun and the graphic is on par with ps2...

NDS on the other hand is not really gaming console, it can be very educational, i use it to learn Bimoji, Spanish, maths, Sudoku and etc. Which is very convinent with touch screen.

yeah, right? nds was novel at first, for the first few weeks or months.. but after a while it grows on you.

Depends on what games you play really.

NDS is fun and it keeps you entertained for longer times. PSP does have some superb titles to play but when you're out of the good games you're basically stuck doing nothing.

With titles such as Patapon 2 and LocoRoco 2 announced joining the likes of Star Ocean 1 and 2 remakes plus heavy hitters such as Final Fantasy: Dissidia and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep coming to the PSP, the system is far from dead.

i wud say the ds lite is reali enjoyable to play and has titles like zelda, pokemon and even the old ff series. plus, remakes of old rpgs such as chrono trigger are coming to the console.

but for me, im gonna go for the psp. why?

1) i wanna play crisis core and gow so bad
2) psp looks waaay cooler than a ds lite
3) with titles lk kingdom heart, dissidia and persona coming out, who wudn't want a psp???

but i agree that less and less games are being introduced for the psp while ds is still going strong with all their new titles.

I may sound a little bias here, but if I were to pick up a handheld portable game console, I'll be buying the PSP. Now, I saw and heard from my bro's girl about the NDS, most of the games are nice, Zelda, Mario and stuff and it is fun because it uses a stylus. However, the graphics, in my opinion is a little much like the usual Gameboy. Also, the games attract girls or kids at the younger age rather than teenage boys.

PSP, wide screen, web surfing, videos, musics. Chotto shot and GPS receiver is enough to make me want to get one. All those comes is like what, 799 without the camera and GPS. And it looks cool, longer than a NDS, but cooler. The games are amazing and uhhh not that boring especially if you own the old Sony Consoles, notable games are like Crisis Core. I'll be getting one after my SPM.

For ur information DS can also web surfing , play videos , play mp3. brows.gif

As for me chotto shot where i used to have it .. errr wad doesnt comes handy as built in ,
then its abit put aside item .. cos everytime u wan to use it u have to plug it in is way too
zzzzzzz after a few times of doing it ..

im not a graphic whore lol but im a gaming whore so i go for varieties of games and i go for DS (my choice)

Well had both consoles ... together at the same time but PSP has been collecting dust since then .. smile.gif

P/s - Online playing to me is the main issue and DS rox on dat thumbup.gif

Haha. Mickey, I know that. But video quality wise, PSP. Also, not to say I hate the NDS, but I am not a big fan of dual screens.
