Guys please give your advise on the above condo.
I have been searching around and found this condo is very affordable and now i am considering to invest in this condo Anyone knows the rental yield of this condo? |

If there is a lots of foreign workers... I guess i won't even consider it.
After 2 years, the price is still very affordable... that's y currently i am considering it. Need to do more homework |

Property is about Location, location and location...
A decent condo in PJ < 200k, which gram my attention But after 2 years the price remain the same... which is my biggest concern. This is purely for investment purpose, maybe I should wait a little, as now economic is not very stable? |
