Saw Palmetto (herb) Effective at blocking the formation of DHT and appears to block the androgen receptors which are found on the hair follicles. It blocks Type 1 and Type 2 forms of 5 alpha-reductase and has shown to be MORE POTENT than Finasteride.

Any proven testimonial from members on the effectiveness of Saw Palmetto? I know this is sold at the franchise body building supplements shop.

Here some of the testimonials...though its worth to try Saw Palmetto + B-Complex intake since its cheap though. And it doesnt have any side effects compared to Propecia/Proscar or vice versa.

every supplements has side effect..even vitamin C~

Well not really,if theres too much Vitamin C the body will excrete it through urine or sweat, since Vitamin C is soluble in water unlike other Vitamins which is soluble in fat. Theres no case of Vitamin C poisoning

Well I've done research on natural herbs for baldness problems and found some interesting stuffs..

1> Saw Palmetto : Used for blocking testosterone from being converted to
DHT (Same effects as Finastride)

2> Jojoba Oil : Used for hair, stimulate the blood circulation on the scalp and open the pores for hair to grow.

3> Coconut Oil : Same effect as Jojoba Oil.

These natural oils and Saw Palmetto have shown promise and cost effective compared to Propecia/Proscar and Minoxidil.

Take these stuffs and do some exercise(regularly) IMPORTANT!. Oh and take some multi vits and minerals. If you keep this up you'll grow in no time. Of course it takes time but hey so do finastride and minoxidil.

I've plan my routine and am getting started to execute it.

U need supplements also...like saw palmetto have proven to inhibit the formation of DHT thus preventing hair loss and even make it regrow,Biotin also helps hair regrowth, zinc and all the essential vitamins..
Also try combing your hair like 5 mins in the morning and 5 mins at nite, use a wide head combs like the on sell in Body Shop...Comb like that help promote blood circulation on your scalp and it also break down the excess sebum that clogging your pores,oh yea it also helps to open your pores making the hair grow freely
