actually , my sister was bald twice when she was young , mom ended up using some chinese alcoholic stuffs to rub on her head and then it started growing as normal , jokes aside its true..

from the bottle side , it says borage oil is derived from the seeds of the borage plant. tradional used to maintain healthy skin , hair and nails..
