Well long since the fall out occurred ? does it take a long time or does it have a pattern like shape of baldness?

If not thn I thnk you should change your lifestyle n diet

Welcome to the club...you are a confirmed of MPB ....well hair loss by stress ( telogen effluvium ) does not take years to develop ..
But MPB takes years n years to develop its trademark hair receding pattern ..
I suggest u go to your local dermatologist n consult him and ask him the necessary "weapon" to combat ur balding

bro the doctor you recommended on top is a dermatologist?
need help urgently
