Hi, may I check if it is OK to consume expired Proscar? I have a box which expired since Oct 2013. Stopped back then due to concern on side effect. If it's possible I just want to give to someone, better than trashing since it's expensive.... T_T

QUOTE(Rao94 @ Jul 16 2014, 11:05 PM) Hi guys, Totally agree After reading some of the replies in this thread, nether helpful to who really need help. So let me tell you my experience. If bald hair runs in the family, I'm sorry to say any medication or vitamin can't help you but preventing it from falling alot and early you can. Make sure who ever have genetic problem make sure inspect your hair regularly. P/s my father and grandpa bald hair...so yeaah ! I have improvement on my hair fall and some growth after following this few routine. ( Never tried Minoxidil yet ) 1. Every month do hair loss treatment in the saloon ( RM 150 ) - Basically they will wash your hair with special shampoo, message the scalp, add some tonic. I been using Medavita and Shiseido product. Note * Been doing this for 5 months plus* 2. Eating Pilfood Bio-Life (RM130) - This one can be bought at pharmacy like Watson, guardian, caring and others. This product is proven to ensure slow down hair loss, speed up growth and strengthen the root. Note* don't expect overnight results, I been consuming this for 4 months plus to see the improvement* 3. *Optional* GNC hair Product. (RM 250) - Go to the GNC shop where they sell protein for bodybuilding. Go buy Biotin , Zinc , Magnesium, and their special SHAMPOO that contain protein for hair. Dont forget to ask some advice from the sales person if you wanna clear your doubt. Note * Consume this for more then 3 months to see improvement* 4. Wash hair daily & apply tonic ( RM 300) - Using shampoo with no paraben and less chemical, message your head and wash it after 4 minutes to open the folicle if possible. Then spray tonic which will be absorb by the follicle to promote hair growth. 5. Potato Chips and French fries aka killer ! Do not take this 2 product as they contain alot of salt n GMO which is the main cause of hair fall in nowadays teenagers. So avoid it. Proven after I stop eating it for almost a year. Advice. All of us know last stage is hair transplant but don't loss hope. Nowadays the technology is so advance, they have solution for everything. Its just that we cant find the proper solution and some not market in Malaysia mostly oversea they have better solution for hair loss. Avoid getting cheating by joining hair growth session with Yuunn namm or whatsoever. They cost alot and might not have improvement. Therefore, DIY yourself. Good luck guys now market so call "hair expert" is expert to suck $$ although market have alot product say that can solve the hair loss problem.Do u think that it really work?? for me ...what i think is if u have hair loss problem, main thing is control 3 way:- 1)sleep enough and no stress 2)enough Vitamin and nutrition 3)clean scalp (use hair loss shampoo and tonic to massage ur scalp) p/s: make sure buy the right shampoo suit for ur hair (dry , oily , dandruff..) |

For those wit experience goin to dermatologist. Can i ask how they check ur scalp? Been researching in the internet n seems like there can be a few test done ie skin biopsy/ blood test for any nutrients deficiency. However reading the reviews seems like most dermatologist jz hv a glance at the hair and then can tell instantly whether it's mpb or wut.. Any good and honest dermatologist to recommend? Seems like there is bad review for every dermatologist .. Peningg
