i encounteres it once with CIMB CDM Machine..if that situation arises..you need to call the 24 hour hotline no priveded immediately and informed them on the amount and branch you are in..they will then raise a complaint to the particular branch.u have to go over to the branch the next day to sign a complaint form..it takes 3 working days for them to credit the money back into the account you were suppose to credit..the CDM machine leaves a trail on every person using it and the last person who got his/her money stuck...the acc no you keyed in will also be showed together. your money will be save but the sad part is it will be another 3 days before you get it back...if the CDM machine is outsourced to a secuirty firm..then it will take a little longer..
