is taking vitamin B complex have side effect ? and how many gram should take and for how long ? i dont have healthy scalp, light dandruff and i got pimples or bums on my scalp and very oily hair...my hair fall but at normal rate...

i can see my parting getting bigger....any advise ?

i am thinking of Kaminomoto tonic...cuz it makes the hair grow faster..if you cant make the hair fall stop, then make them grow fast...
