How's the HP, Fuel consumption and how much it usually cost?

just now bring my car to proton autholized dealer in Tmn Maluri cheras service my car.after service the rear weird sound still there and the guy tell me that is spring sound and dun too care it..I feel that i like kena cheat and sad on my car.
beside that, i also find out my car petrol hv miss out some of it.cos yesterday i hv refill full petrol for my car and i only used 85km cos every tank refill petrol i also hv reset the calculation KM.When i took back my car i saw my tank already used one line how come like that?i did not see them work cos i go breakfast with my fren.i wont go bk PROTON service center repair my car
And guys next time when u wan service your car must stand there and looking them service your car

They might pump out the petrol, stealing.. My mum's car experienced it at perodua service center..

ya..maybe la.when i reach home i open the petrol cover and c..there is no any petrol leaking out.

Guys, normally balancing and alignment how often you guys do? I do mine every 5k after engine oil change.. Is it too much?

not only you, i also almost every service my car do balancing and aligment.
this is protect our car and sometime myself too.
cos do u know, on the high way sometime straight away speeding.
so, balancing and aligment must do for every time service

Added on August 25, 2008, 8:33 amNormal Mivec on paper it appear to be 175hp. FC is much better if u don't whack it and not always running in Mivec zone. You may forget about the GSR 1.8 FC.

Mivec MD is for fuel economy and on paper it shows 140hp. The difference is, MD running 2 pistons when ur car is idling or moving below certain RPM (as a guide line around 80kmh).

for those who hunger for performance, go for Mivec manual or Mivec RS. For lazy ppl like me, tiptronic is suit my taste.

What about tire rotation front and back, i do it every 5k too..

I heard that some runner charge RM3k for people who want to endorse evo engine on proton car(except v6)

2.0 is illegal for waja 1.6, that's why it need RM3000 for the endorsement.

Yeah I'm also looking at Mivec MD, tiptronic too as I've been driving manual for ages.

Are you using Mivec as well?

Right now i need to check the price for Mivec MD tiptronic + installation and endorsement, then wait till I get 'green light' from my mum then kautim!

So how much usually it cost for mivec MD tiptronic + installation and endorsement?

MD no power one

I just rotate the front tyres..go together when doing alignment..cause my tyres front and rear different brand..

If u plan to get Mivec, then better get non MD version as it produce much more power and yes I have Mivec on my waja.

for Mivec tiptronic conversion u need to ready approx RM10K (that is depends on your luck as how many parts you need to replace).

As for my case, i've spent approx 12K (excluded JPJ endorsement) and yet the project has not complete.
