i think even though its a gift, it has to be taxed. i could be wrong about this. my friend bought lotsa stuff from singapore's sales at the end of the year wan. he bought a whole tama super star, swt goliathIII and some other stuff. he sneaked it by customs i think. risky ler, but i guess worth it? |

QUOTE(ph34rthesaint @ Sep 9 2008, 11:04 AM) And 10% is a lot. RM500 on top of RM5000 is pretty painful. yes it will be exp if the item is higher priced. My question now is: is there any exemption for shipping an item as 'GIFT' i'm not sure about the gift part. but if u bring one in i guess u can say its a gift. but if u bring 5 guitars, how to say its a gift wor? the guy wanna close one eye oso cannot lah! |
