Actually my male westie has a cream color is due to the weather over here n another thing he is on medication because he has skin problems that comes in his genetic. So the medication will also affect the color of his fur.

We imported him back from Czech, and it really took time for him to adopt the weather over here. Previously he was really pure white until back here the color slowly changed. Now his skin is improving and he is indeed a pure breed westie.

Yea, he can try that but then do not cut to the skin as growing out new fur may change the fur color due to pigmentation. That's what I was told last time and best part is, the dog is going to hate him for it.
Wash with Malaseb if his paw is discolored / red. This happened with my gf's Jap Spitz from Aus. It works! Be caution that Malaseb is poisonous.

Omg, Moonie first heat ended some time ago. Casper went totally nuts over it. So nuts that he's grumpy, growling, moaning like Mr. Bean. He even injured himself when he tries to get close to Moonie once because he fell from a chair and broke his nails... splash, blood everywhere.

Here is what I posted some time back. This is how Casper behaved when Moonie was on her first heat.
"OMG!!

These few days, Moonie heat cycle is coming to an end. So she stopped bleeding and we stopped making her wear Momy Poko. However, Casper starts to behave strangely.

Casper WHINES A LOT! He whines, he grunts, he sort-of like mumble and soft bark, whining and crying. Casper is also trembling VERY HARD. This morning, I come downstairs and see him tremble until the cage also shaking. Casper also bark a lot more than usualy, practically at EVERYTHING including my gf when she comes over, etc. Casper can bark louder and louder and whenever my sister ask him to stops, he go louder somemore until like sore-throat sound come out.

We had no choice that we had to buy him a muzzle because morning he barks, night he barks. All day around, he trembles - whether it's in the cage or out in our arms.

Finally, I saw what's going on. Casper tried to MOUNT Moonie for sexual intercourse and Moonie ALWAYS growl and snap at him, Moonie will want to bite Casper whenever she felt threatened.

Today, we went for an evening walk. While outside, his mind wandered off so it was fine. When we came home, I showered both of them outside the house. When I am done with them, I brought them in and let each of them sit on a human-size metal chair, so I can dry them with the hair-dryer. When I went to lock the door, Casper is up to his mischiefs again, he tried to climb over to Moonie's chair to hump her. There, he fell and broke one of his hind-leg nail cause it got stuck in the holes of the chair (This never happened before in the 15 months I've had him). There was a LOT of blood... ALL OVER and I panicked, wipe the blood, look at him, saw his nail broke half. I had to put disinfectant on it, dress the wound, etc.

The moment I am done with them, I put them down and there he goes AGAIN! Mount on Moonie but Moonie attacked him and push him away. Then he goes one corner, whining and grunting (like complaining), then he come again and again and again. When I separate them into their cages. Moonie lie down on her cage (side by side with Casper) and Casper was like trying hard to reach out to her. Moonie growled in annoyance and went to the other end of the cage.

Are dogs' sexual urges so strong? So strong until the behaviour go nuts? Barking non-stop? Whining? Growling? Trembling? IS THIS NORMAL?"

Nope..i keep them in the house n bring them out 2 my garden n play wif them alwaz. Both of them like playing, but my male now abit lazy adi due to his skin problem.

Anyway, i made him bald few times even now...I just dun wish to bald his head coz that proves he is a westie... . I really enjoy having them and I alwaz try grooming them to make them look perfect. Now finally i am able to understand them better and even able to groom them till they look perfect....hehe.

Wat a coincidence pennywise that both of our dogs hav the same name...haha. Dunno whether they have the same attitude or not?

Mine they do watch tv...esspecially those programs that hav dogs in it.

Hey...how old is ur westie in this picture now? It looks exactly the same as my tweety(female)...mine is 1 year+ oni, but very naughty..haha. Actualy can consider as hyper active, she can keep on moving non-stop. Wait till i groom her then i'll upload the pictures for U all to see k.

OMG....i guess urs n mine r in the mother. Mine aso need attention alot. When i touch casper(male), she wont let...she will jump on me n not letting me touch casper but i will normally cal her to stay at her place so that she wont make it a habit...now she still do that but alot better when she was a small pup. I normally take turns in touching them, once finish touching her then i'll touch casper but i'll demand her to stay when i touch casper...eventually both of them will understand when i care of 1, i'll care for the other. Tis is to ensure that im not bias to any of them.

Anyway, i give fair attention to both. Before I slep, i'll alwaz sweep their heads..so they'll know im goin to slep, and they will automatic go n slep as well. But i alwaz like to disturb them when they slep coz they look so good n when u touch them while their sleping, they wont care how you sayang them, as long as they feel comfortable.

Actually the westies of u all, r they alert? I mean like there is noise outside, they will straight away fly out to see wats happening? Mine both aso very 'ke po' 1. What aso wanna knw....enter toilet aso wanna follow.

Can i know what is the allergic problem of your westies now, izit those skin problem such dandruff type or those with black molds on its skin?

I went to petsmore subang after my exam today...
they got 1 Westie for sale... male... but already 2 years old.. so big!!! but not to mention cute
they sell for RM 1180 if not mistaken... quiet expensive I guess... westie puppy already cost around RM 1300++ this one.. 2 years still expensive...

I'm so pity him.. so big in size but the cage is small.. like for small breed dogs.. he just sit n lay down oni..
