Expected loan Amount: RM390k/30YRS

Note 1: MRTA will be for 15yrs only. This is due to my wife is a government servant hence will be transfer the balance outstanding to government financing after 15yrs.

Note 2: MRTA and All the processing fees (Including S&P, Legal) will be excluded from Loan.
