QUOTE(momobear @ Apr 28 2010, 04:44 PM) Hi, pls quote AIA interest rate 4.99% (nonzero moving cost):Property Price: 520-550k (Not confirmed yet) Area: Selangor (New Property that will soon be launched) Developer: Sime Darby Down payment: 10% Tenure: >=30 years Age = 28 Down payment: 10% would like to get: - Attractive loan package - Estimated fees on loan agreement related, prefer adding this into loan as well (Developer to cover S&P related fees) - Estimated monthly repayment Thanks well if you're talking abt 30 yrs (360 mths) for repayment of 468,000 (assuming you have made 10% downpayment of RM 52k) your monthly instalments are RM2,788.3 AIA interest rate for Zero moving cost (interest rate 5.29%) monthly instalments are RM2884.4 The good thing about our loan is that it doesnt fluctuate and it is FIXED interest and tenure which makes payments more easier. PM me |

dear all,
As BLR rates has increased, I think it is important to try for fixed rate. AIA mortgage has non-zero entry cost at 4.99% and zero entry cost at 5.25%. Kindly PM me if interested. We can work out a deal here. I can also assist with other loans. |

QUOTE(klang-valley @ May 18 2010, 08:48 PM) There are 3 reasons: I knw what you mean...It is definitely suitable for long term.....as I have said I can try to arrange for other banks as well...sometimes when it comes to loans i feel that it also depends on the loan officer and the rship u have with them....of course the track record of payments also would matter...(a) Your income is not strong enough (b) You have a history of paying your debts late © Bank panel valuators cannot get that market value to be the same as the selling price of the property Added on May 18, 2010, 8:50 pm mshakir has a point here. However, fixed rate is more suitable for those looking for long term. Added on May 18, 2010, 9:00 pm QUOTE(ubuntu @ May 17 2010, 05:17 PM) I'm looking for fix rate home loan, I saw from ING website is 4.99% non zero entry cost and 5.25% for zero entry cost. Anyone knows the fix rate for AIX and UHome? AIA is 4.99% non zero entry cost and 5.25% for zero entry cost. PM me if interestedThis post has been edited by mshakir83: May 18 2010, 09:00 PM |

QUOTE(phang88 @ May 24 2010, 11:16 PM) Hi all, insurance better.....safer.....I am new here . I just bought a single sty house at PJ and now need to look for my house loan. I saw so many posting regarding this topic and I am a bit confuse. Is fixed rate is better than flexi loan? (This house is not for investment, I have no intension to sell in the short term) Loan fr bank or insurance co is better? BLR or KLIBOR is better. KLIBOR rate is lower, but if it is better, why so many bank use BLR not KLIBOR? where can I find any forecast regarding the future trend of BLR or KLIBOR for the next few yrs? herewith my house detail Address : Petling Jaya Land type : Freehold Type : Single Storey Terrace Loan amount needed : 85% Any flexibily for partial capital prepayment ? (eg. bonus time) Any extra admin charges for flexibility of withdrawal of prepayment? what is the normalLock down period? Any yearly or monthly admin charges? Thanks in advance! |
