i am buying a property nearly completed for investment, and i would like to apply a housing loan without lock in period, as i may sell my property any time now, Loan amount is around rm800k, is there any bank that offer this package without any lock in period? if yes what is the best rate?

i bought a landed freehold property in KL Valley recently. Here are the info:-
a) Property Value - RM1.4 million b) under construction, will be completed after 3 years from now, G&G landed under strata title c) developer - Tan&Tan
what i need is 90% financing, MRTA waived, as i am investor, i will sell after VP obtained, so if possible the lock-in penalty waived or minimised the % of penalty. I am now shopping for the best rate. I dont mind to pay for legal fees if the interest rate is good. Some bank offer progressive interest to be financed also.
As the developer do not tie up with any Banks offering loan package, so we as a buyer is required to source for our own bankers. So pls send me private message and leave me your contact and the propose interest rate. Thanks
