for properties under construction (expected to complete end of 2010), loan amount about 230,000 (loan not approve yet).
Maybank - 1st - 3rd year 4.4, then BLR - 1.9% there after. HL - BLR - 2.2% entire tenure (25 yrs) RHB - BLR １．９％。。。 ... will try other bank as well... |

get offer from Tiger: 1 - 3 yrs fix 4.5%, then BLR - 1.9..
loan RM 233K for 25years...DSL underconstruction...I think is not a good offer..what do you all think? |

maybe only take one day to approve my loan...
but other banks... so far have two offer: Tiger: fix 1- 3 yrs, 4.5%, then BLR - 1.9%. PB: BLR- 2.3... |
