I am looking for a package to refinance my housing loan.
Loan Amount: RM250K
Type: Apartment
Location: Kota Damansara
Current outstanding is RM170K with OCBC Bank.
Any bank able to absorb the 3% penalty (i.e RM7K) & offer BLR - 2.3%
