uob now offer -2.2, ZEC, whole tenure for residential property,

-1.8 for shoplot, ZEC, whole tenure!

approval within 1 week n also offer letter.

for foreign we can approve margin up to 80%(subject to approval)
for singaporean we can approve 90% margin.

may i know if loan amount is only RM63k,
wat the best package offer by your bank?
zero or non zero?
wat the interest?
n the age is 62 years old, do u think can expand to 70yrs old?

do u heard about flexi mortgage from uob?
if your loan amount is 1mil,
our flexi is BLR-2.0%,
but our flexi is different from other bank,
other bank flexi is "reducing balance"
we have a even green light.
