can anyone or banker, pls let me know what is the best interest rate for commercial property now ?
I have a shoplot, currently still under loan with Public bank, and the rate was BLR MINUS 0.95, loan amount 160k Thanks very much. P/S. IT IS A SHOPLOT (COMERCIAL PROPERTY) |
